U Drivers Aid

My µ-Drivers Aid is a versatile stand alone drivers aid. It can be used in a vehicle on-road, or in a test cell.

The speed signal from the vehicle or dyno can be:

· Analog    ( 0-10V  0 =>200km/h )

· Counter  ( Dyno pulse, or from vehicle )

· GPS        ( Use a serial GPS signal )

· OBD       ( Use a cheap ELM 327 Interface )

The first dialog box requires your selection of I/O type. A new feature is the Visualizer and flash warning.

2 standard curves are implemented in the µ-Drivers Aid, FTP75 and NEDC with gear shift indicators.

The new feature make the driver aware if the vehicle is out of the limits. On top the visualizer can be seen which displays the offset as % diff from the curve, and if the lower limit is exceeded the driver trace screen becomes blue, and if the driver is exceeding the upper limit the screen becomes green.

Both these alarms is optional. Selected from the first screen.

For every second the driver is out of the limit a counter will count Driver violations.
