Mfc Controller
This regulator is my own creation and with this I can control a Brook's MFC, (Mass Flow Controller) in a range from 0-1000 lpm. I've built it round a 16F876A micro chip. I use a PWM signal to create the analog voltage, and use the 10 bit A/D within the PIC to read the actual value. Now I can simulate an vehicle exhaust flow up to 1m3/min The result is actual very good, and the use of regulators as the FGH-Regulator is no longer needed.
